Provide strategic and operational leadership for the SUNY ASAP program: implement model with fidelity, manage staff and budget, use data to monitor outcomes and inform interventions, coordinate campus and external partners, develop local policies, and drive enrollment, retention, and timely degree completion. Occasional evenings and weekends required.

Oversee the College's accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Manage month-end/year-end close, bank reconciliations, audits, Banner GL administration, and prepare reports for leadership and boards. Supervise Assistant Director and support CFO on budgeting and financial compliance.

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the college's financial aid program, ensuring Title IV compliance, administering grants/loans/scholarships/work-study, managing systems (Banner/CRM), budgets, staff supervision, student advisement (SAP, R2T4), audits, and collaborating with campus and external partners to advance enrollment and student success.

Lead development and execution of data-driven, multichannel enrollment marketing campaigns. Oversee brand strategy, digital presence, vendor/stakeholder relationships, analytics-driven optimization, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive recruitment and retention. Supervise staff and external partners, ensure compliance with data privacy and marketing best practices, and support CRM and marketing automation efforts (Slate).

Serve as first point of contact for student record requests; enter and maintain student data in Banner; scribe and manage DegreeWorks audits; handle transcript/enrollment/degree verifications; manage user access and communications related to degree progress; assist with transfer credit, end-of-term processing, commencement communications, training, and system upgrades while ensuring compliance with federal and state records regulations.

Provides confidential administrative support to the College President and Cabinet, serves as recording secretary and liaison to the Board of Trustees, manages schedules, agendas, minutes, records retention, budgets, travel and event logistics, coordinates hiring and faculty processes, and ensures compliance with institutional and open meetings regulations.

Manage daily Welcome Center operations and coordinate frontline enrollment services across Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, Student Accounts, and external programs. Oversee customer service standards, staff cross-training, systems (Banner, OnBase), data integrity, reporting, and process improvements. Support recruitment events, orientation, enrollment initiatives, policy compliance (FERPA, SUNY), budget planning, and interdepartmental collaboration to improve student enrollment experience.
