Manage full sales cycle through discovery, procurement, contract negotiation, and closing; build multi-stakeholder relationships; navigate federal contract vehicles and procurement processes; maintain pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot CRM.

Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract negotiation; aggressively prospect into Fortune 500s; run technical discoveries and build ROI-driven business cases; map stakeholders and build champions; maintain pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot; navigate procurement, legal, and negotiate high-value enterprise agreements. Travel up to 25%.

Build and lead a procurement function from scratch: own indirect and direct sourcing, negotiate contracts and savings, implement tooling and vendor risk programs, consolidate vendors, and partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Ops to scale hardware supply chains and vendor operations.

Manage mid-market industrial accounts to maximize value from TRACTIAN solutions: lead onboarding, provide on-site and remote technical support, analyze operational data, build success plans, and identify factory-floor optimization opportunities to reduce downtime.
