Provide advanced technical support for Navy IT systems: administer servers, workstations, and enterprise applications; troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues; support network and infrastructure operations; ensure DoD/Navy cybersecurity and RMF compliance; perform vulnerability remediation and patch management; maintain documentation and mentor junior staff.

Lead development and implementation of Navy cybersecurity and IT policy. Provide strategic planning, draft policy documents and executive briefings, coordinate across stakeholders, identify policy gaps, ensure compliance with DoD/NAVSEA directives, and support long-term cybersecurity readiness.

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online applications; build workflows, Power BI reports; support system enhancements, user acceptance testing, help desk support, and documentation.

Provide administrative and programmatic support for NCIRD: research and analyze requirements, maintain tracking tools and controls, manage scheduling (CRSS), TASNet timekeeping, coordinate communications across CDC components, prepare reports and briefings, manage calendars, logistics, and correspondence, and support procurement/property/facilities processes.

Support federal rulemaking by analyzing public comments, drafting and editing rulemaking documents and response-to-comment materials, and creating outreach/briefing materials to translate complex regulatory information for stakeholders.

Provide PMO support for Navy projects: plan and schedule projects, track KPIs and budgets, produce reports and dashboards, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with DoD/DoN/SECNAV/NAVSEA directives while implementing PMO processes and governance.
