Perform general administrative duties including filing, organizing records, drafting spreadsheets and emails, handling calls, assisting with inventory and office supplies, greeting clients, and supporting other tasks as assigned. Reports to the area manager.

Own and grow the Customer & Commercials product portfolio (CRM, Customer Portal, DocuWare). Define strategy, roadmaps, and backlog; coordinate stakeholders and dev teams; drive rollouts, adoption, and measurable business value across international subsidiaries.

Support the Product Owner by translating trading, contracts and logistics needs into user stories, maintaining and prioritizing the backlog, documenting CTRM processes, coordinating with key users, assisting UAT and data validation, facilitating communication across business, IT and vendors, and deputizing for the PO when needed.
