Provide pre-tenancy administration for a lettings business: progress tenancy applications, liaise with landlords, tenants and suppliers, arrange pre-tenancy works, rent warranties, inventories and check-ins, prepare tenancy and move-in documentation, coordinate payments and referencing, and perform general administrative and diary-management tasks to ensure smooth tenant move-ins.

Manage the lettings process from enquiry to move-in: register applicants, match and show properties, negotiate offers, progress tenancies, maintain landlord/tenant relationships, update CRM, work with Property Management, and meet/exceed branch lettings targets.
