Heavy outbound phone outreach and engagement with developers, IT/security leaders, and C-level executives. Continuous improvement and career growth within the SDR function.

Lead and grow a Forward Deployed Engineering team that builds customer integrations, connectors, automation, and provisioning flows. Balance hands-on engineering embedding with customers and program-building responsibilities: define processes, mentor engineers, ensure security/observability, partner with Product/Customer Success, and translate customer work into product features. Hire, onboard, and occasionally travel to support deployments and workshops.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for an AI-native identity security platform: prospect, qualify, demo, respond to RFPs, negotiate, close, and build long-term relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
