The Junior Reporting Analyst extracts data, develops reports, performs analytics, and creates visualizations for internal and external stakeholders. The role documents requirements, supports data integration and BI projects, communicates with business users, tests solutions, and contributes to reporting improvements using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and practice management systems.

Manages assigned healthcare client accounts as the primary liaison, ensuring client satisfaction, account profitability, accurate reporting, and effective revenue cycle performance. Coordinates client service teams, analyzes billing and cash flow, identifies performance issues, recommends process improvements, and communicates results to physicians and senior management. Requires physician revenue cycle, billing, claims processing, coding, payer contracting, and client relationship experience.
