The Junior Accountant maintains accurate financial records, prepares journal entries, reconciles bank and rent revenue accounts, processes rent collections, and supports monthly and year-end closing. The role assists with audits, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and special projects while responding to team inquiries and collaborating with the Divisional Controller. Strong organization, accuracy, communication, advanced Excel skills, and accounting experience are required.
