Lead and manage the Cryogenics Group overseeing operations, maintenance, upgrades, and design of large liquid helium plants and distribution systems for RHIC and EIC. Supervise engineers and technicians, manage projects, budgets, procurement, safety procedures, and vendor interfaces. Coordinate fabrication, testing, commissioning, and present technical briefings for DOE reviews while providing cryogenic system requirements and support for SRF cavities and superconducting magnets.

Collaborate with domain experts on scientific data problems, formulate research directions with mentors, implement and evaluate methods at scale using DOE computing resources, and communicate results to foster interdisciplinary collaborations.

Lead and coordinate departmental scientific operations across Energy Sciences divisions, managing personnel processes, DOE/laboratory planning and reporting, ESH oversight, cross-division integration, review readiness, and process improvements to ensure successful execution of research programs and compliance with DOE requirements.
