Provide high-level administrative and legal support to the General Counsel and Office of General Counsel, including calendar and travel management, litigation and FOIA support, engagement and invoice management for outside counsel, board secretary duties, records and legal research, and modernization of filing/knowledge systems. Entry-level electrical engineer supporting facilities modernization projects: assist with electrical system layout and design, load and coordination calculations, prepare design documents and estimates, review shop drawings and RFIs, perform site visits, support construction inspections, and coordinate with consultants and contractors under senior engineer supervision.

Develop and deploy ML and HPC workflows, algorithms, and software for DOE scientific applications. Collaborate with domain scientists, scale ML on heterogeneous architectures, ensure correctness and reproducibility, profile and optimize performance, apply software-engineering best practices, and publish and present research. Two-year postdoctoral appointment with possible extension.
