Provide Level 3 production support for the Stream+ platform: troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform RCA, maintain MS SQL databases, work with L1/L2 and engineering on hotfixes, document resolutions, and meet SLAs during CST hours.

Support VP Finance with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, A/R, A/P, reconciliations, sales tax and payroll support, financial statement generation, audit assistance, cash management, budgeting and forecasting for a growing software firm.
