Lead customer insights and category management for key retailer accounts (Walmart). Synthesize syndicated, panel, and shopper data to create actionable growth strategies, inform assortment and shelving, support joint business planning, and present insights to sales and cross-functional partners. Build retailer relationships, identify opportunities and risks, and mentor one direct report while improving insight capabilities across the team.

Own day-to-day delivery and growth for assigned grocery accounts (ADUSA, Wakefern, Wegmans, Harris Teeter). Develop and execute joint business plans, manage broker execution, build senior buyer relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, drive revenue/trade/margin targets, use syndicated and POS data for forecasting and data-driven selling, and support eCommerce and in-store activation.

Lead omnichannel media strategy and agency relationships across national, e-commerce, and retail channels. Develop full-funnel plans, measurement frameworks, and performance optimization on major retail and social platforms. Advise and align Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing, and eCommerce teams, translate data into actionable insights, scale best practices, and mentor the Sr. Media Associate.

Lead national retailer relationships and third-party brokers to drive Canadian retail growth. Develop joint business plans, manage trade investments and customer P&Ls, execute go-to-market and new product launches, and use syndicated and retailer data to forecast, analyze performance, and optimize distribution and merchandising. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management to ensure executional excellence and meet annual sales objectives.

Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and P&L management for assigned brands. Support AOP and quarterly forecasts, month-end close, develop financial models, build KPIs and reports, and partner cross-functionally to provide actionable financial recommendations.

Lead and sustain enterprise master data operations (Material, Customer, Vendor, Pricing), enforce governance and SOX controls, drive data quality via KPIs and continuous improvement, support MDM/ERP initiatives, manage third-party providers, and develop data dictionaries, metrics, and process documentation.

Serve as first-level business partner for finance systems: define requirements, design and test integrations, support and maintain ERP/finance applications, lead projects, drive process improvements, and provide training and post-implementation support.
