The role supports General Managers and Assistant General Managers while developing leadership capability for future General Manager responsibility.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, facilities and maintenance oversight, contractor relationships, budgets, revenue and expense controls, inventory, reporting, system discipline in Entrata and EliseAI, emergency response, and continuous improvement. The role supports leasing and renewal outcomes while developing leadership readiness for future General Manager responsibility.

Supports the sales team by following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, generating accommodation sales, and identifying new opportunities. Coordinates sales contracts, quotations, payments, bookings, reports, and client inquiries while serving as a liaison between clients, the residence, and internal departments. Attends tradeshows, networking events, conferences, and meetings as needed. Also performs sales office administration and supports workplace health and safety procedures.
