Provide administrative and logistical support for janitorial operations, including scheduling, payroll and billing assistance, reporting, work order management, vendor/client coordination, HR support, and on-site event operations. Manage training and inspection data, generate Excel reports, and assist managers with operational projects and customer inquiries.

Manage and support finance operations across the East Region including AP/AR, billing, payroll, monthly close, accruals, budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, system training, onboarding/offboarding, process optimization, and ad-hoc financial analysis in collaboration with operations and senior leadership.
