Support Director of Arts with rehearsal and production logistics, attendance tracking, student and parent communication, volunteer coordination, event planning, administrative tasks, inventory and archival organization, and student leadership development for school theatre productions and arts events.

Coordinate alumni programs and events to strengthen relationships between the school and alumni. Manage alumni communications, social media, website content, class agent relations, reunions, merchandise, and alumni data. Support advancement initiatives, attend campus and admissions events, and assist with graduation and alumni awards.
