Analyze account health to identify risks and opportunities, partner with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap, and build scalable playbooks and SOPs for Provider Success.

Own growth and market share for a priority provider market. Develop and execute category strategy across product, partnerships, positioning, provider experience, and GTM. Align cross-functional teams, allocate resources to high-impact opportunities, and evaluate new partnerships and expansions to drive scalable results.

Lead end-to-end product for provider and patient experiences, driving activation, engagement, retention, and referrals. Develop deep qualitative and quantitative user insights, build relationships with clinicians and patients, define metrics and instrumentation, and lead discovery through launch. Partner with design, engineering, operations, and growth to ship scalable, usable workflows rapidly and iteratively.
