Provide HR support to assigned business units including employee relations, investigations, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, training, and employee engagement programs. Act as HR liaison, advise managers, coordinate leaves, and recommend policy or procedural improvements.

Receive, inventory, stock, reconcile, and deliver medical supplies and equipment. Maintain accurate records (including implant/tissue logs), process shipping/receiving paperwork in MMIS, perform inventory counts, ensure FIFO rotation, prepare oversized shipments to DOT standards, and provide customer service to clinical departments while following infection control and safety procedures.

Leads all HR functions for Oswego Health and affiliates, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation/benefits, compliance, and departmental operations. Manages HR teams, develops HR strategies and policies, ensures regulatory reporting and legal compliance, and administers budgets and HR technology.
