Provide high-level administrative, fiscal, program, and personnel support to the Provost. Manage office operations, record-keeping, faculty contracts, scheduling, communications, website updates, event coordination, and supervise student assistants. Prepare research and data reports, handle requisitions and expense reporting, and liaise with university leadership and administrative units.

Support the head football coach with administrative, fiscal, and office management tasks; manage grant-in-aid, budgets, purchasing, calendars, correspondence, media/marketing liaison, student interns, rosters, social media directives, ticketing, training camp organization, and team travel while ensuring NCAA and conference compliance.

Teach undergraduate and graduate management courses (face-to-face, online, hybrid); conduct scholarly research and publication; advise students; support recruitment, accreditation (ACBSP), and campus service; integrate Christian faith into teaching and engage in professional outreach.

Teach and develop project-based undergraduate and advanced courses and labs in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or cyber engineering; advise students; participate in student organizations, assessment, accreditation, committees, and professional development while maintaining community and industry relationships.

Teach undergraduate and graduate marketing and business communications courses in face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats; engage in scholarly research and publication; advise students; support recruitment, retention, accreditation (ACBSP), committee service, and community outreach; integrate Christian faith in teaching.

Founding Chair will build and lead the Mechanical Engineering program: recruit and supervise faculty, develop curriculum, prepare ABET and academic documentation, oversee labs and assessments, evaluate teaching, support scholarship, and integrate faith-and-learning while advancing college strategic priorities.

Manage and maintain engineering teaching labs: specify, install, calibrate, and repair equipment; run safety, maintenance, inventory, and training programs; supervise and schedule student lab assistants; procure supplies; collaborate with faculty, vendors, and campus offices to support project-based learning.

Teach undergraduate and graduate business data analytics courses in face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats; design and maintain analytics and quantitative curriculum; conduct scholarly research and publish; advise students; support recruitment, retention, committees, ACBSP accreditation, and community outreach. Seven-course teaching load per academic year; integrate Christian faith into teaching and engage in service to the College and University.

Provide administrative support to the College of Business including accreditation data collection, analysis, and project management; serve as graduate academic advisor; manage website, newsletter, and marketing content; support events, budgeting, SharePoint documentation, and college reporting.
