Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, customer research, and end-to-end launches for Mintos investment products. Partner with Product, Brand, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams to translate complex investment mechanics into clear, trustworthy, regulator-friendly communications. Use customer and market insights to influence product roadmaps, lead cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen the product marketing function across European markets.

The role also involves researching threats, reviewing infrastructure changes, supporting security awareness and training, and maintaining clear documentation while collaborating with engineering and senior security teams.

The role requires strong relationship-building, sales, investment communication, organization, and fluency in English and German.
