Leads the people-management function for an engineering pillar of 20–30 engineers across multiple delivery teams. Prepare evidence-based case narratives, make risk-based decisions, communicate with investors and stakeholders, maintain EDD procedures, monitor AML/CTF regulations, and contribute to AI-supported compliance process improvements.

Design end-to-end product experiences for investors across onboarding, investing, portfolio reporting, and related web and mobile workflows. Responsibilities include problem framing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, visual and interaction design, data-informed iteration, design-system documentation, and collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and analysts from discovery through launch.

Own a product area across onboarding, investing, reporting, or portfolio workflows for web and mobile. The role involves collaboration with engineering, product design, and product management teams in an agile environment.

Manage a global pipeline of lending-company partnerships, expand into new countries, identify and engage prospects, communicate Mintos’ value proposition, build C-level relationships, and structure scalable partnership terms. The role requires strong business development or sales experience, ideally in non-bank lending, excellent communication, English proficiency, and knowledge of loan origination or corporate finance.

Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, customer research, and end-to-end launches for Mintos investment products. Partner with Product, Brand, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams to translate complex investment mechanics into clear, trustworthy, regulator-friendly communications. Use customer and market insights to influence product roadmaps, lead cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen the product marketing function across European markets.
