Lead and improve core People Services operations, ensuring accurate HRIS and employee records, benefits, leave and pension administration. Provide systems oversight, maintain compliance, drive process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma), manage third-party provider relationships, build team capability, and collaborate across the organization to align People Services systems and policies with business needs.

Lead client engagements advising on financial analysis, commercial optimization, strategic planning, M&A and business transformations. Develop tailored management strategies, deliver process improvements, build client relationships, support business development, and mentor firm initiatives. Travel regionally across BC and Alberta; focus on Indigenous economic development and profitability growth.
