Collaborate on architecture, integration of COTS/GOTS, troubleshoot defects, produce documentation, and support deployment and sustainment in secure environments.

Design, develop, test, and maintain Java backend and Angular frontend applications. Build RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL components, and document parsing/data processing. Support modernization (Spring Boot, microservices, containerization, cloud), participate in Agile/Scrum, perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and use GitLab CI/CD, Jira, and Confluence to deliver mission software.

Manage, integrate, and automate enterprise software productivity and configuration management tools. Administer ClearCase/ClearQuest and JIRA, develop automation scripts, maintain requirements repositories, perform backups and troubleshooting, produce technical documentation, and provide training and tool integration support across engineering and infrastructure teams.

Develop, test, debug, and maintain software components across the full SDLC. Translate user requirements into designs, integrate systems, write basic database queries, participate in code reviews and Agile teams, produce technical documentation, and support mission-critical, scalable solutions.

Apply advanced data science, machine learning, and statistical techniques to large-scale cyber and network datasets. Build data pipelines, curate and normalize data, develop and refine analytical models (including NLP/LLMs), create visualizations and automated workflows, and translate mission requirements into actionable analytics to support national security operations.
