Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate instructor-led and virtual employee training to ensure compliance and workforce development. Maintain Relias LMS records, audit training, generate compliance reports, collaborate with leaders to assess needs, develop curriculum, and travel regularly to provide onsite training.

Split role supporting full employee lifecycle: 50% recruiting coordination (posting jobs, screening, scheduling, ATS management, career fairs, candidate communication, onboarding) and 50% HR administration (HRIS maintenance, offer letters, background checks, I-9 and personnel file management, benefits logistics, compliance, offboarding, employee support).
