Lead HR and EHS strategy across multiple sites, drive talent acquisition, retention, DEI, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, HR operations and EHS compliance. Partner with senior leadership to set KPIs, succession plans, and implement people and safety programs to support business goals.

Support FP&A for manufacturing and field service: prepare financial statements and variance reports, analyze budgets and forecasts, track manufacturing costs and job profitability, support inventory valuation, AP/AR reconciliations, month-end close, audits, and create dashboards (Tableau) to inform leadership.

Develops, organizes, and delivers technical, safety, and soft-skills training for manufacturing associates at two sites. Creates and standardizes SOP-based training materials and videos, supports new-hire orientation, prepares training reports, assists supervisors, and maintains training records for audits and inspections.

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, vendor relations, logistics, inventory optimization, ERP-driven inventory controls, supplier compliance, and multi-site team management to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost control.

Participate in a 24-month rotational AI program across portfolio companies to identify AI opportunities, design and deploy AI agents, models, and dashboards, translate analytics for stakeholders, and develop scalable AI solutions leading to post-program AI or analytics roles.
