Lead and implement supports for multilingual learners, students with IEPs, advanced students, and Black students. Coach staff on differentiation, develop ELD and SPED programs, ensure EL compliance, manage honors programming and student life initiatives, analyze data, run meetings, and build a school culture of safety, respect, and engagement.

Provide network-wide special education instruction, compliance, and programmatic support. Design and deliver transition programming, monitor special education data and rosters for compliance, provide interim case management at school sites, support administrative tasks, and facilitate family engagement and interpretation to ensure continuity of high-quality, compliant services across multiple schools.
