Build, automate, backtest, optimize, and stress-test systematic trading strategies across crypto, futures, stocks, FX, and commodities. Analyze live and historical performance, manage risk through position sizing and exposure controls, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve QuantPilot. Candidates must have at least two years of automated trading experience, rigorous backtesting knowledge, and familiarity with trading platforms, APIs, and execution infrastructure.

Build and own QuantPilot’s agent platform, including orchestration, tool loops, context management, sandboxes, model routing, product contracts, and production observability. Develop evaluation systems for agent quality, backtesting, regression detection, and statistical robustness. Establish market-data foundations, validate strategies, guide technical direction, refine product requirements, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call support.
