Coordinate recruitment and initial screening, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee records, payroll and benefits administration, support employee relations and conflict resolution, and organize training and development programs.

Maintain and monitor an NPO web application, implement new features from business requirements, design system enhancements, manage databases, generate PDF reports, support deployment and server operations, troubleshoot issues, validate data and communicate with stakeholders.
