Produce social-first video and photography to drive fan engagement for the Sacramento Kings. Create, edit, publish, and analyze real-time content across social platforms, travel extensively for game and behind-the-scenes coverage, manage content projects and calendars, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and ensure brand and platform best practices.

Support the Kings Creative team by producing digital and retail design assets, assisting on campaigns, social content, e-commerce design, and photoshoot file tasks while collaborating with merchandising, marketing, and BI teams.

Provides proactive administrative and operational support to the President of Business Operations. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, executive correspondence, confidential records management, stakeholder communication, follow-up tracking, and special projects. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong organization, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and occasional evening or weekend availability for business events.

Lead advanced analytics across ticketing, retail, marketing, and other business areas. Develop and maintain predictive models, automated pipelines, pricing and inventory decision tools, dashboards, and data integrations. Partner with stakeholders and external data providers, evaluate ML/AI and optimization opportunities, and manage and mentor Business Intelligence team members while remaining hands-on with analytics and implementation.

Administer and optimize the marketing automation platform (AJO), build and deploy targeted email campaigns, manage audience segmentation via AEP, ensure QA and deliverability, monitor campaign performance with CJA, document workflows, and collaborate across marketing, ticketing, retail, and partnerships to improve personalization and automation.
