Leads laboratory quality assurance for chemical and material testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Develops and validates test methods, oversees laboratory equipment, analyzes data, investigates nonconformances, performs root cause analysis, and supports corrective actions. Partners with R&D, production, engineering, and QA on product validation, formulation trials, scale-up, process optimization, documentation, training, and regulatory compliance.

Manage assigned customer accounts, process purchase orders in ERP systems, provide pricing and order updates, coordinate changes and resolutions, and monitor shipments. The role communicates with customers and cross-functional manufacturing teams to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and responsive issue resolution. It requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, follow-through, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management tools.
