Define product strategy, metrics, standards, and roadmap while partnering with engineering, field engineering, marketing, and customers. Drive features from concept through launch, conduct customer research, build demos, and improve product adoption. The role requires strong technical communication, developer tools experience, and comfort with AI-native workflows.

Design and deliver database improvements with attention to correctness, reliability, and performance. Own projects end-to-end (design through on-call), debug complex distributed systems, improve reliability, observability, and automation, collaborate cross-functionally, and share knowledge through mentorship, docs, and public writing.
