Lead Rainmaker's Arizona state business development by identifying and pursuing state-funded opportunities (appropriations, grants, contracts, pilots), building legislative and agency relationships, shaping policy and budgets, coordinating public/private partnerships, supporting cross-functional proposal efforts, organizing demonstrations and events, and reporting market intelligence and pipeline forecasts to leadership.

Lead Rainmakers Idaho state business development: own revenue targets, build pipelines from appropriations/grants/contracts, cultivate legislative and agency relationships, shape policy, coordinate public/private partnerships, and support cross-functional pursuit and demonstrations to convert opportunities into funded programs.

Lead architecture, PCB design, and rapid prototyping of electrical systems for UAS and payloads. Perform board bring-up, testing, documentation, and cross-functional integration. Mentor engineers and drive designs from concept through manufacturing and flight validation.

Lead and build Rainmaker’s People operating system: org design, workforce planning, HR operations, performance management, compensation, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and people analytics. Partner with executives to scale structure, manager effectiveness, and culture while implementing practical, scalable HR systems and processes for a fast-moving technical organization.

Build and improve data workflows for in-situ, remote, and drone telemetry; support APIs, packages, and operational tools; transform raw data into reliable internal products. Work with Python, SQL, and debugging across systems. Position requires relocation to El Segundo, California.

Lead end-to-end recruiting: build scalable sourcing, structured interviews, calibrated debriefs, and closing playbooks; own candidate experience and uphold hiring standards across technical, scientific, and operational roles.

Design, prototype, and test high-velocity nozzle and multiphase dispersion systems for aerosols and dry powders; develop pneumatic/fluidic architectures, integrate lightweight UAS payloads, iterate based on droplet/particle size data, and perform hands-on machining and fabrication under aerospace SWaP constraints.
