Lead the design, development, and operation of production AI agents and services, including evaluation, prompt optimization, observability, safeguards, and cost management. Build data pipelines, Snowflake warehouse models, dbt transformations, data marts, experimentation infrastructure, and product analytics systems. Manage event tracking across Segment, Amplitude, Iterable, and Snowflake, while partnering with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities, improve data reliability, and establish scalable engineering standards.

Lead and scale Dutch's legal function across corporate, regulatory, commercial, product, privacy, employment, litigation, and compliance. Advise the CEO, exec team, and board; manage outside counsel; draft and negotiate commercial agreements; build legal processes and playbooks; support state-by-state regulatory strategy for veterinary telemedicine, pharmacy, and consumer healthcare; oversee governance, financing, and employment matters; enable compliant product launches and expansion into new states.
