Support studio HR and office operations: coordinate recruitment and onboarding, maintain compliant employee records, prepare payroll inputs, track time and attendance, manage office supplies and vendors, and run culture and team events while supporting the Studio Manager and local team.

Develop Python-based microservices and APIs for real-time video, audio, and data streams. Translate research into high-performance, low-latency production services, implement model deployment practices, optimize GPU/hardware performance, and maintain code quality while collaborating with AI researchers.

Act as the CEO's execution engine: enforce deadlines, close open loops, resolve operational bottlenecks, translate strategy into operational workflows, design and govern CEO-led meetings, and hold senior stakeholders accountable to drive projects to completion across the portfolio.
