Lead Puppy Sphere’s social presence: develop and execute organic social strategy, create short-form video/photo/copy, manage content calendar and creators, analyze performance, and collaborate across teams to grow community and support events/studio activations.

Lead day-to-day operations across five NYC studios, ensuring event readiness, operational consistency, inventory and cleanliness, staffing, training, scheduling, and guest experience. Act as on-site escalation for events, animal welfare, and operational issues. Support in-studio revenue initiatives, local marketing activations, financial/administrative tracking, and cross-city projects. Regular in-person presence and weekend availability required.
