Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume healthcare and home care roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance. Partner with hiring managers, maintain candidate data, coordinate background and credential checks, and support hiring events and community outreach. Ensure accurate employment documentation, EEO compliance, and a positive candidate experience while managing multiple openings and recruiting priorities.

Supports office operations, reception, phone calls, supply inventory, common-area maintenance, field staff technical support, hiring and orientations, and scheduling communications. The role works primarily in an office environment and requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, customer service, and computer skills. Occasional travel may be required for recruitment purposes.

Provide front-desk and reception support, answer and direct calls, manage office and PPE inventory, maintain common areas, offer basic technical support to field staff, assist with hiring, orientations, and scheduling communications, and perform other administrative duties reporting to the Director of Operations. Occasional travel for recruitment.
