Advise startups on non-dilutive fundraising and venture debt. Own client projects end-to-end, prepare grant applications and supporting financials, manage PMO deadlines and workshops, help build the debt advisory practice, and support internal business development and operations.

Work directly with the founders and Founders Associate to run people operations, lead marketing strategy and execution, handle accounting and financial records, and support sales processes, pipelines, and CRM improvements for a VC/FinTech-focused startup.
