Work as a project team member on highway, urban roadway and municipal projects from planning through design and construction. Prepare plans, specifications, reports, perform construction observation/RPR duties, communicate with managers and clients, follow CADD procedures, and travel for out-of-town stays. Progression toward project engineering and management with business development responsibilities over time.
