Serve on client project teams across all phases: gather requirements, design data models, develop with SQL (and occasional Python), build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Looker, implement data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, etc.), run stakeholder workshops, manage risks, and mentor colleagues while supporting business-focused data decision-making.

Lead and grow the IP & Rights Management practice, oversee rights-focused project delivery and implementations, drive business development and vendor relationships, mentor teams, and manage financial aspects of rights (royalties, participations, ultimates, forecasting, revenue recognition).
