Greet visitors, sell admissions and memberships, operate the POS, handle cash, answer phones, generate basic attendance/membership reports, support exhibit floor and events, maintain safety and cleanliness, and follow opening/closing and emergency procedures.

Greet and assist field trip and reserved program visitors, manage group check-ins and lunch spaces using Doubleknot, monitor exhibit floor and supplies, run theater AV programming, maintain safety and cleanliness, support exhibit changeovers, and participate in trainings.
