Lead CAMO activities and training coordination: develop compliant training for maintenance and flight crews, maintain AMP and technical records, analyze fleet maintenance data, plan maintenance with operations and supply chain, and support AMM/AFM documentation revisions to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Intern will design and implement automated testing and validation workflows, develop analysis tools, perform SIL/HIL testing, write unit tests, improve flight control algorithms (model-based and robust), and support requirements and engineering documentation for autonomous VTOL systems.
