Support finance and operations by performing financial analysis, cash flow and accounting management, budget optimization, process improvements, and cross-team execution to drive revenue growth and operational scalability.

Drive commercial growth through outbound B2B sales: generate new clients and pipeline via calls, emails, and LinkedIn; engage C-level decision makers, uncover pain points, meet KPIs, grow a client portfolio, and exceed targets using modern sales tools.

Manage end-to-end consulting projects: define scopes with C-level clients, write project briefs, source and vet freelance consultants, prepare interview processes, negotiate scope and pricing, close high-value contracts, and monitor engagements to drive renewals and extensions.

Support the VP of Client Growth with day-to-day priorities, client outreach, meeting preparation, prospect and industry research, pipeline tracking, and drafting presentations and reports. Act as a sounding board for strategy and support follow-ups to drive B2B sales growth.

Lead product-led growth: own activation, onboarding, habit loops, and expansion. Define metrics, run experiments, and remove friction across consultant and client journeys. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Sales in an Agile setup to drive activation, retention, and revenue.

Support cross-channel growth marketing: develop strategies, create SEO-optimized reports, run LinkedIn and Google Ads, grow social media, and analyze performance with Looker Studio and Google Analytics to increase organic traffic, leads, and brand authority.
