Design, build and maintain the full-stack moka.care product. Write clean, tested code, participate in code reviews and design, improve product and infrastructure, join on-call rotation, and collaborate closely with Product under the Shape Up process.

Design and scale SMB portfolio management by defining workflows, SLAs, inbound/outbound motions, and playbooks. Manage day-to-day accounts to drive adoption, retention, renewals and upsells, and support commercialization of new products. Automate processes, leverage AI, document playbooks, and define dashboards/KPIs to monitor health and steer priorities across 100+ accounts.

Lead global marketing strategy and a multidisciplinary team to scale pipeline and revenue. Own demand generation (inbound, outbound, paid, lifecycle), improve acquisition efficiency and funnel conversion, align Marketing with BDR, Sales and Revenue Operations, and drive positioning, go-to-market effectiveness and thought leadership.
