Manage client relationships and sales cycle for commercial furniture accounts. Provide solutions, value engineering, forecasts, negotiate with vendors, coordinate with internal teams, conduct on-site meetings/measurements, mentor junior staff, and drive profitability through strategic account planning.

Provide operational and customer support across the project lifecycle: quote and order entry, vendor and installation coordination, order tracking, project follow-up, invoicing, and client communication to ensure accurate, timely project delivery.

Lead workplace design projects from programming through installation for commercial clients. Produce furniture plans, specs, 3D renderings, space plans, and presentation materials. Coordinate with sales, project management, and installation teams, conduct site verifications, mentor junior designers, maintain project documentation, and ensure designs meet codes, budgets, and client objectives while staying current on industry trends.
