Execute aggressive earned and paid media outreach for books and campaigns, pitch and secure interviews/features, cultivate a media contact database, collaborate with creative teams, and produce weekly impact reports tracking placements and reach. Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM data quality for direct mail and outreach campaigns; configure campaigns, suppression lists, and NCOA processes; build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards; perform ongoing data cleansing, de-duplication, validation and support cross-functional data requests.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud e-commerce features using SFRA. Implement frontend templates (ISML, SCSS), modern JavaScript, and integrations (REST/SOAP). Administer Business Manager metadata, troubleshoot issues, improve UX, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support multi-site and cartridge integrations. Onsite in Greater Cincinnati; relocation assistance offered.

Design and implement web, email, and app UX/UI; produce wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs; code front-end components (HTML/CSS/JS); optimize for performance, accessibility, and conversions; run A/B tests; contribute to design system and collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver mission-aligned digital experiences.

Own accounts payable, account reconciliations, inventory transactions, and fixed-asset tracking. Support sales tax compliance, month-end close, and annual audits. Collaborate cross-functionally, refine processes, and lead special accounting projects to ensure accurate financial records.

Manage and grow Dynamic Catholic's social media presence by repackaging existing content into platform-native formats, building AI-assisted content workflows, experimenting with new formats and audiences, and reporting results to drive audience growth and engagement.
