Manage customer accounts for a third-party logistics firm: track shipments, price and quote loads, dispatch carriers, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships while using office tools and providing excellent customer service.

Drive growth for refrigerated/produce business by identifying, prospecting, and securing new customers in the US (domestic and cross-border).
