Lead NetSuite implementation projects and design SuperSync integrations. Develop and customize SuiteScripts, perform system configuration, data migration, troubleshooting, client training, documentation, and ongoing support while collaborating with internal development teams.

Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite solutions and Celigo integrations for clients. Build custom SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder configurations. Troubleshoot issues, document solutions, support clients, and participate in project planning and estimation.

Own functional QA for all Odoo releases, build and maintain regression suites for core franchise workflows (POS, inventory, purchasing, store onboarding), verify store onboarding, write test cases, log and track bugs, coordinate UAT, develop repeatable test processes, and contribute to test automation as tooling allows.

Serve as the primary NetSuite techno-functional consultant to configure, customize, integrate, and optimize NetSuite across Financials, ARM, FAM, and SuiteProjects; lead O2C/P2P/R2R process improvements; develop SuiteScript/SuiteFlow automations; manage integrations (e.g., Celigo); participate in implementations, testing, documentation, training, and post-go-live support.

Manage daily e-commerce operations: process and monitor sales orders, returns, backorders, and overdue payments; liaise with suppliers, couriers, and customers; update stock levels, prices, and product listings; source content and monitor promotions; handle administrative inbox and customer communications via email, phone, and live chat.

Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations and integrations, combining functional consulting with SuiteScript development. Design finance and operations solutions, configure multi-entity and inventory/WMS setups, build integrations (REST/SOAP/SuiteTalk), support managed services, and own delivery, testing, training and client engagement for warehouse, inventory and finance workstreams.

Act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and development to design, configure, and support NetSuite solutions. Gather and document requirements, configure modules, manage data imports, test end-to-end use cases, assist integrations, produce functional documentation, train users, troubleshoot workflows, and coach team members to resolution.

Provide hands-on, client-facing NetSuite functional support and managed services. Troubleshoot configurations, customizations, workflows, scripts, and integrations; deliver enhancements, data migrations, health checks, documentation, and client training while mentoring junior engineers.

Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 1.0/2.x and JavaScript. Build and support integrations (REST/SOAP, SFTP), customize records/workflows/forms, troubleshoot sandbox and production, participate in implementations and optimizations, support integration testing/deployment, and ensure code quality and version control.

Provide frontline L1/L2 remote IT support for stores and head office: triage and resolve tickets, endpoint and POS hardware/network troubleshooting, basic Odoo/application support, monitor devices via Ninja RMM, escalate security alerts (Huntress), document resolutions, assist with store onboarding and WMS queries, and coordinate transition activities.
