Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including intake, drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and retention. Advise operational teams on commercial and legal terms, maintain contract records and templates, mitigate contractual risk, and drive process improvements and training for contract owners.

Provide administrative support for HR Services, Talent Acquisition, and Volunteer Services including scheduling, HRIS data entry, onboarding coordination, benefits and compliance support, maintaining employee records, processing invoices and bonuses, coordinating background and licensure checks, and supporting HR communications and recognition programs.
