Manage benefits and compensation programs by administering benefits, coordinating renewals and open enrollment, analyzing market and internal data, supporting compensation structures and pay benchmarking, handling leave/ADA/workers' comp processes, ensuring compliance and reporting, communicating with vendors and employees, and training HR and leadership.

Manage accounting staff and operations including month- and year-end close, audits, tax filings, financial statements, internal controls, budgeting, and financial reporting. Oversee AP/AR/billing systems, maintain chart of accounts, support financial systems, coach and develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership on analysis and budget strategy.
