Leads and develops flood risk capability, including in-house hydraulic modelling expertise. Delivers flood risk assessments, model development, verification, interpretation, reporting, project leadership, and client relationship management. Establishes technical best practices, manages budgets and programmes, mentors engineers, supports business growth, and shapes future service direction. The role includes responsibility for approximately five to six flood risk staff and requires strong communication, technical review, and commercial awareness.
