Provide onsite Oracle Identity Management (IDM) architecture, support, troubleshooting, and custom coding. Handle user provisioning, logon/access issue diagnosis, scheduled tasks, and advise on IDM system changes for the Colorado Department of Education.

Support migration of SharePoint 2010 content into SharePoint 2013 sites and libraries. Define content types and managed metadata, apply content organization strategies, document divisional pain points for a process-improvement backlog, and contribute in project team meetings. Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using Java/J2EE, Servlets, XML and Web Services. Build advanced Oracle SQL/PLSQL, diagnose/triage production issues on Unix, and script with CGI/Perl/Windows/Unix shells. Apply OOP, design patterns, and use IDEs/tools like Eclipse/IntelliJ, Maven, TOAD, Introscope, Splunk, and Oracle Developer/Enterprise Manager.

Perform financial and business analysis, produce complex ad-hoc and automated reports and spreadsheets, manage budget and P&L reporting, analyze variances and recommend efficiency improvements, build PC-based financial models, support project planning and execution, and act as project leader on key initiatives.

Provide Level 3 production support for a CDD/AML tool: liaise with line-of-business, production support, and development teams; perform initial analysis, research, and trend observation to diagnose and escalate issues. 4–6 years experience preferred.

Provide hardware and software support to end users, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, respond to phone and email requests, document and track incidents for timely resolution, follow pre-established guidelines, and work under immediate supervision. Knowledge of Ghost Imaging software is a plus.
