Manage and deliver projects using formal PM methodology and Agile Scrum. Develop schedules in MS Project, track progress, manage risks/issues, produce status reports, and create project artifacts (charter, communication, risk/issue, resource plans, budget estimates). Lead call center, infrastructure, and application development initiatives; communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead performance test architect for complex enterprise public-sector systems. Develop strategies, design, plan, and execute performance tests using HP LoadRunner. Analyze network impacts, performance criteria, databases (Oracle, MS-SQL, DB2), SOAP/XML integrations, and Java applications. Troubleshoot, report findings, and ensure system capacity and reliability.

Design, configure, and support enterprise and data center Cisco ASA firewall policies and HA deployments. Manage site-to-site VPNs, perform ASA OS upgrades (8.4+), coordinate large-scale upgrade scheduling, follow change management, provide operational support, and perform occasional regional travel and overtime as needed.

Configure log shipping from LAMP servers to a third-party monitoring provider. Require strong Linux, Apache, and MySQL administration skills. Knowledge of LAMP stack security and server hardening preferred.

Lead and coordinate SAP treasury module implementation for the State Treasurer's Office. Develop and maintain project plans, align timelines with STO staff, surface risks, and manage implementation issues affecting resources and costs.

Develop, implement, and support GIS web solutions using Esri ArcGIS Server 10.4x, the ArcGIS JavaScript (HTML5) API, and SharePoint 2013. Work with a small Enterprise GIS team to build portal, mapping, planning, emergency operations, permitting, safety, and traffic record applications and support ArcGIS Desktop users and server web traffic.
