Senior-level role supporting Telcordia-based service provisioning solutions. Responsibilities include solution architecture, FLEXCOM/CNM expertise, deriving system requirements from user needs, evaluating test cases, guiding testing teams, and applying hands-on open-source knowledge. Analyze and troubleshoot SCDMV Phoenix II and web applications; propose solutions; code, test, and promote fixes; interact with users; provide daily/weekly status to development manager. Work spans .NET and Java web services, UI, messaging, EDI, and high-volume web application concerns.

Provide analytical, operational, and technical support for projects: produce reports and spreadsheets, perform ad hoc analyses, design PC-based models, recommend process enhancements, and support project planning and implementation.

Monitor and troubleshoot service-provider networks from a NOC environment. Work with Cisco routers/switches, TCP/IP and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS), MPLS, and optical transport (DWDM/SONET). Use network management systems, support Internet/Cloud Exchange services, perform fault isolation and service restoration, and communicate effectively with teams and customers.

Consult on, design, develop, configure and deploy BMC Atrium Orchestrator (BAO) automation workflows. Integrate BAO with ITSM tools, create/customize adapters and scripts, troubleshoot, ensure security controls, and provide automation guidance to clients across infrastructure domains.

Provide SAP development and programming support for NCDOT's SAP environment (ECC, BW, PI, BusinessObjects, etc.). Align business processes with SAP, handle change requests, bug fixes, customization, maintain system integrity, integrate components with ECC, develop test plans, perform system testing, mentor team members, and transfer knowledge.

Lead enterprise solution integration and architecture efforts, manage programs/projects, implement enterprise IT systems and IAM, drive IT governance, facilitate technical teams, oversee vendor management, change management, and process re-engineering while coordinating with government agencies.

Develop, modify, test, and implement COBOL programs for the Benefit Payments system. Perform analysis, design, coding, and component/assembly testing of mainframe applications. Apply configuration changes and follow requests from users through deployment.

Develop and maintain web applications using MVC ASP.NET and VB.NET. Manage day-to-day DBA operations for SQL Server (2000, 2008, 2012) and support applications with Access front-ends and SQL back-ends. Work in a structured team environment and mentor other developers.
